Accessibility
Norbrock Stadium features both accessible parking and accessible seating for fans to use. There is also access to an elevator in the stadium. Accessible seats are located at the bottom of the grandstand along the fence line. To ensure seats are available to those who need them, please contact ticketing@northpawsbaseball.ca to purchase accessible seats.

Animals
Animals are not permitted at Norbrock Stadium with the exception of service animals recognized by the municipal, provincial, or federal government.

Bags
Bags, backpacks, and similar items are subject to reasonable search before they are permitted to enter the ballpark.

Cameras
Handheld photo and video cameras are welcome at Norbrock Stadium, but the use of tripods is prohibited. Video reproduction of NorthPaws games is strictly prohibited without consent. For media inquiries and access, please contact mashford@northpawsbaseball.ca

Cancellations
If a game is cancelled for external reasons (rain delay, poor air quality, etc.), ticket holders can transfer their tickets to another home game in the season. Email ticketing@northpawsbaseball.ca with the affected game, and the new game you would like to attend. Our Ticketing Manager must help with the ticket transfer for tracking purposes.

Concession
There are several food and drink options available at every NorthPaws home game, including concessions and food trucks

Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency procedure, please follow the direction of the Norbrock Stadium and NorthPaws staff.

Entrances and Exits
All fans will enter through the gates on the West side of the stadium. Re-entry to Norbrock Stadium is not permitted.

Fan Code of Conduct
NorthPaws games are a family-friendly environment. Disorderly conduct of any kind is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate language or gestures, disruption to the game, inappropriate displays of affection in a public setting, and any disruption that impacts other fans’ ability to enjoy the game. It is at the NorthPaws’ discretion to determine what actions are not welcome in the stadium, and fans can be asked to leave the stadium at any time. Re-entry is not permitted.

First Aid
In the unlikely event of a fan injury at a NorthPaws game, please locate the nearest Norbrock Stadium or NorthPaws staff member. We will be happy to assist you. Staff are trained in first aid and will be able to contact emergency services if required.

Food
Outside food and beverage is not permitted at Norbrock Stadium. Fans will have access to concession, water fountains, beverage stations, and the Kanteen – the NorthPaws’ food truck with elevated ball fare options.

Lost and Found
For all lost items, please locate a Norbrock Stadium or NorthPaws staff member. Found items are to be handed in at the customer service office inside the stadium.

Merchandise
NorthPaws merchandise is available for purchase at every home game, or shop online 24/7 by clicking HERE

Parking
There is ample parking available, both at Norbrock Stadium and throughout McArthur Island Park. The Kamloops NorthPaws encourage carpooling and other sustainable methods of transportation. Bike storage is available. If you need assistance with a safe ride home after the game, please locate a NorthPaws staff member for assistance. The Kamloops NorthPaws are not liable for any damage sustained to your vehicle while parked on McArthur Island or at Norbrock Stadium.

Payment
The Kamloops NorthPaws are equipped to take payment via cash, credit, debit, and NorthPaws Gift Card, through both chip insertion and tap. Drink Tickets and Merchandise sales are card payment only. The Kanteen and concessions accept both cash and card payments. The NorthPaws encourage payment via card for a faster experience.

Player Code of Conduct
The Kamloops NorthPaws abide by the West Coast League’s Player Code of Conduct. NorthPaws players understand they are in an influential position and are ambassadors for amateur baseball. Players are to conduct themselves, both on and off the field, with honour and distinction. Players are to treat anyone they interact with, with the utmost respect. Players are aware of consequences for disorderly, harmful, or offensive conduct.

Refunds and Returns
The purchase of your NorthPaws ticket is final sale. Food and beverages are final sale. Merchandise may be exchanged for another item within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Seats
Seat changes are permitted online prior to game day but are final when purchased at the box office. For all ticketing inquiries, please contact ticketing@northpawsbaseball.ca

Smoking
Smoking of any kind, including vaping and e-cigarettes is prohibited at Norbrock Stadium and throughout McArthur Island. The use of chewing tobacco is also prohibited.

Water
Fans are welcome to bring empty water bottles to the stadium and use the filtered water fountains in the washrooms at the park. Bottles will be searched by security upon entry; security will ensure all bottles are emptied or disposed of before entry.

Weapons
Weapons of any kind, including replica weapons, are not permitted at Norbrock Stadium.
