Kamloops’ Chadwick Named Opening Day Starter
Kamloopsian Tyrelle Chadwick has been named the Kamloops NorthPaws inaugural opening day starter.
The Illinois State University commit will deliver the first pitches in NorthPaws franchise history Tuesday night against the Edmonton Riverhawks.
The towering 6’4″ right-hander has been playing with the Okotoks Dawgs Academy and had a standout performance in his most recent stint on the Dearborn Ford Field mound during the Best of the West tournament earlier this fall.
NorthPaws Inaugural Roster Grows By Four
Four players will join the Kamloops NorthPaws for the 2022 West Coast League season.
Outfielder Daniel Martin, left-handed pitcher Ben Polack, and infielders Angus Stayte, Dylan Zavala will suit up for the River City’s expansion team this summer.
