Every Friday leading up to the start of our inaugural season in the West Coast League we will be featuring one of our 15 league opponents in our Around the WCL series. The West Coast League was founded in 2005 and will grow to 16 teams in British Columbia, Alberta, Washington and Oregon for the 2022 season. This week: the Corvallis Knights.
NorthPaws Add Speed to Inaugural Outfield
Two speedy outfielders have recommitted to playing in Kamloops for the NorthPaws inaugural season.
Ty Siffermann and Hunter Swapp had initially committed to the NorthPaws for the 2021 season and have re-signed with the expansion franchise for 2022.

Pair of Purple Eagles Pitchers to Land in Kamloops for 2022
A pair of Purple Eagles will land in Kamloops for the summer collegiate season.
Right-handed pitchers Zach Cameron and Liam Reynolds from Niagara University (NCAA Division I) have signed with the NorthPaws for the 2022 West Coast League season.
NorthPaws Coach to Join Calgary’s Webber Academy
Kamloops NorthPaws head coach Cole Armstrong has accepted a coaching position with the Webber Academy’s Wildcats Baseball program in Calgary, Alta.
Armstrong will move to Calgary this month but will return to Kamloops in May to guide the NorthPaws through the team’s inaugural season in the West Coast League, after which he will commit full-time to the Wildcats Baseball program.
